01 General Provisions

77kk (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting service provider. These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of 77kk's services.

By creating an account, playing games, placing bets, claiming bonuses, or conducting any financial transaction on the 77kk platform, you automatically agree to abide by these terms and conditions. 03 Age Verification & Identity Check

Only individuals aged 18 or older may register an account and use 77kk's services. Participation in gaming or betting by minors is strictly prohibited.

• A National ID or birth registration certificate may be requested during sign-up for age verification purposes.
• If it is found that a member registered an account while under the age of 18, that account will be closed immediately.
• All accumulated funds and bonuses will be forfeited and no claims will be accepted.
• 77kk reserves the right to re-verify any member's age at any time.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

77kk supports instant deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Withdrawals are subject to specific rules that all members must follow.

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered to your account.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in account suspension.
• 77kk does not charge any deposit fees, though charges from your payment provider may still apply.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• 77kk reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

77kk offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which should be read carefully before claiming.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• To withdraw bonus funds as cash, the specified wagering requirements must be met.
• Bonus abuse through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• 77kk reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonus offers are valid for a limited time only — any bonus that expires within the set period will be automatically cancelled.
• Cashback bonuses apply to net losses only and may be restricted to certain games.

06 Betting Rules

All members are required to follow certain fundamental rules when placing bets on 77kk. These rules apply equally to every member.

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
• In-play betting remains open after an event has started, though odds may change at any time.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 77kk reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Any bets linked to match-fixing or corrupt activity will be automatically voided.
• Maximum bet limits are set individually for each event and market.
• In a parlay bet, if any one selection is voided, that bet will be reduced to a single bet.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 77kk. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

• Fraudulent activity or exploitation of system vulnerabilities.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotional offers.
• Using bots or automated software to play games or place bets.
• Any attempt to hack, crack, or gain unauthorized access to 77kk's systems.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in misconduct toward other members.
• Any attempt to launder money or process illegal funds through 77kk.
• Collusion (multiple players working together to gain an unfair advantage).

08 Responsible Gaming Policy

77kk believes gaming is entertainment — not a habit or addiction. We encourage all members to play responsibly and provide the tools to help them do so.

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Self-Exclusion: You can request a self-exclusion from the platform for a specified period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Option to temporarily deactivate your account.

09 Account Closure & Suspension

77kk reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.

• In the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• If an account is found to have been opened using false identity or information.
• In cases of fraudulent activity or suspicious financial transactions.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request for self-exclusion.

To voluntarily close your account, please contact Support. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn once all wagering requirements have been fulfilled.

10 Limitation of Liability

77kk accepts no liability for the following:

• Interruption to games or betting due to loss of internet connection.
• If account information is exposed due to the user's own negligence.
• In the event of delays or errors caused by third-party payment systems.
• In the event of service disruption due to force majeure (natural disasters, war, pandemics).
• Temporary service disruptions during scheduled software updates.
